Neighbors Helping Neighbors
June 25th is our kick-off breakfast for “Neighbors Helping Neighbors”, a ministry reaching out to those in our community that are in need. It begins at 9am with breakfast. Afterward we will be giving food and toiletries to those in attendance. If you could use the help, please come! If you would like to help with the preparation, please see Teri or Steve McShane. Contact the church office for more information.

Women’s Breakfast
Ladies! Be here at 9am on Saturday, June 18th for a delicious breakfast and some great fellowship!

July 4th Celebration
FREE – FREE – FREE

Noon to 4pm Martha Lake will host a 4th of July Picnic. There will be a fish fry,%nbsp;hamburgers, hotdogs, and homemade desserts.
Plenty of fun activities for all. Volleyball, three-legged race, balloon toss, pool, water slide (bring your swim suit!), and much more.
Everyone is invited. Bring friends and family.

Martha Lake Carnival
Each year Martha Lake Elementary School has an end of the year carnival for their families. And each year we take our Bouncy Houses over to the school, set them up and operate them for the duration of the carnival. We also provide baked goods for the cake walk, and run the cake walk. Please be in prayer about how you might be able to help. There will be a sign up sheet in the foyer on the 24th.

Youth Group Trip to the Movies – Saturday April 9th! Check with your youth leaders for details.

Sunday March 27th the church voted to approve the elders and the search committee sending a call to Jason Smith as Martha Lakes new senior pastor. The vote was 100% yes and 0% no.

New Neighborhood Ministry
We are starting a new ministry to help people in need in this economy. We have already started collecting items such as soap, toilet paper, shampoo, toothbrushes, tooth paste, etc. It would be a tremendous blessing to someone struggling financially if you could please bring a few things to church. They can be put in the food barrel. Contact Steve or Teri McShane if you have any questions.

Max Lucado Study
The Nelson home group is starting a study of Hebrews by Max Lucado Sunday March 27th. Home group starts at 5:30 pm with dinner. Contact Nathan or Kathleen Nelson if you would like to attend.
